Zoom sessions are a great way to get a visual idea of your final product. It also allows us to speak in real time! (Cameras can be off). Please make sure all necessary documents are emailed before hand.
Simply email your assignment and written feedback will be provided! NOTE: While turnaround for students is 30 minutes-1 hour based on session length, long projects will have a later deadline set.

CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
What You Need to Know
CANCELATIONS:
You can cancel from your member portal. All bookings must be canceled ONE (1) HOUR before the start of the session. This allows ample time for consultants to be aware of changes to the schedule and allows others to pick up the slot if needed.
NOTE: All bookings that are canceled later than an hour before the start of a session or are missed will still be charged.
WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED?
Late cancelations mean your consultant would have already been preparing for your session and the slot will no longer be available for other bookings. While we understand things happen, we want to make sure consultants are paid for their time and preparation.
WHAT IF I CAN'T CANCEL?
We understand things happen and technology sometimes isn't on your side. If you cannot cancel from your account, please send an email or text ONE (1) HOUR beforehand. And we will cancel for you.
RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule up to ONE (1) HOUR before the start of your session.
CHANGING FORMATS
Meeting formats can be changed up to 10 minutes before the start of your session. All requests to alter meeting format with less than 10 minutes warning will not be fulfilled.
